Background
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping others overcome challenges and achieve goals through therapy and coaching. I have worked in a variety of settings during my training including private practice, specialty clinics, inpatient and outpatient hospitals. My private practice was opened in 2001 with the goal of providing clients effective therapy tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
I am a firm believer in life-long learning and maintain a commitment to on-going education and training to further broaden and enhance my clinical skills. The specific techniques I use are based not only on my years of experience working with clients, but also on well documented and scientifically validated methods of psychotherapy.
